Corn & Green pepper cookies
- Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar all together.
- Add eggs and mix.
- Add flour, baking soda, sea salt, corn chips into the mixture.
- Stir-fry the green pepper in a hot pan and add it after the taste comes out.
- After keeping it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, take it out and press it into 4mm-thick pats with a noodle machine, and bake it in a 180-degree oven until it becomes light golden brown.
- After cooling, use a pulverizer to break them into small particles.
- Add butter to 300 grams of small particles and mix well.
- Press into a 2.5*8cm baking ring with the thickness of about 5mm. Bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes and then take it out to cool for use.
Sweet corn sauce
- Take out 200 grams of canned corn.
- Use the canned corn juice, add sugar and boil it, add corn kernels.
- Add the mixed apple gum to the mixture.
- Boil again for 2 minutes, then put into the homogenize with a hand-held homogenizer.

Green pepper pana cotta
- Fry the sugar with green pepper until the sugar turns into caramel.

- Take it off the heat then add the soaked isinglass.
