Equipment

Corn & Green pepper cookies

 

  1. Mix butter, sugar and brown sugar all together.
  2. Add eggs and mix.
  3. Add flour, baking soda, sea salt, corn chips into the mixture.
  4. Stir-fry the green pepper in a hot pan and add it after the taste comes out.
  5. After keeping it in the refrigerator for 24 hours, take it out and press it into 4mm-thick pats with a noodle machine, and bake it in a 180-degree oven until it becomes light golden brown.
  6. After cooling, use a pulverizer to break them into small particles.
  7. Add butter to 300 grams of small particles and mix well.
  8. Press into a 2.5*8cm baking ring with the thickness of about 5mm. Bake it in the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes and then take it out to cool for use.

 

Sweet corn sauce

 

  1. Take out 200 grams of canned corn.
