Champagne-Ardenne has essentially rural land, with a large part given over to wine-growing to make champagne. Its vineyard puts the region firmly on the wine map of the world. To protect this exceptional terroir, the landscapes of Champagne were listed as UNESCO World Heritage Sites in July 2015. Langres, Soumaintrain and Chaource are some of the products made in this famous region.
