1. Cut the slices of bread into 18 triangles
  2. Butter one side of each triangle with butter, mustard or mayonnaise – according to your preference
  3. Place a slice of the charcuterie, cheese, herbs, radish and lettuce on nine of the triangles
  4. Place the second triangle on top
  5. Put a tooth pick in each sandwich to hold together
