Raw cream

Raw cream

Neither pasteurised nor sterilised, this is the cream that we associate with our grandmothers. It is loved for its thick consistency and texturising effect. It is the pure product of the skimming process and for the first few days has a liquid texture. Stored at +6°c, it retains a sweet flavour and has a higher butterfat content than other creams. It is imperative that its label mentions the term “raw”.
