                Rochebaron is a cheese from the village of Beauzac in the Auvergne. It is matured for six to eight weeks. This creamy, mild blue cheese can presented as part of a cheese platter or become a useful ingredient in cookery. It can be enjoyed throughout the year, as it is produced from the milk of seasonally adjusted cow herds.
